Vault Mobile Updates
By opting in to our text messaging program, Vault Mobile Updates, you authorize Vault to send you customer care and promotional information about your loan status and options at the telephone number you provided us. Such messages may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system. You are not required to provide this authorization as a condition of receiving a loan.
Messages are recurring and frequency may vary, depending on your loan status.
Messages will confirm your opt-in or opt-out, and depending on your selections, may include notifications about:
- How to return to complete your loan application
- Transfer of your funds
- Tips for managing your loan account through your online Client Portal
- Your loan status
- Upcoming payment reminders
- Confirmation when your loan is paid off
- When you’re eligible to apply for additional funds and get new loan offers
The Information We Collect and How We Collect It
When you apply for a loan, we collect the phone number that you provided in your online application. We ask for your consent to send text messages to the phone number provided during the application process.
How to Opt Out
At any time, you may cancel and withdraw your consent to receive text messages by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send you. After you send this message, we will send a final text message to confirm that you have been opted out. Then you will no longer receive messages from us.
If you want to join our text messaging program again, you can opt in when applying for a loan, or if you are a past customer, you can opt in through your Client Portal. Then we will start sending messages to you again.
